Cancellation Policy and Deposits

Destination: Palau

TRIP COST: includes skiff supported kayak expedtion, all lodging, meals, planned activities, guided snorkeling and kayaking trips, entrance fees, permits and kayak instructional clinics. The price does not include airfare, airport baggage fees, phone calls, unscheduled boat excursions, activities not described in the itinerary, personal liquor, tips for our Palauan Crew

or the departure tax of $40.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the complexity of arranging foreign programs the following cancellation policy is required. Cancellations made
over 90 days prior to the starting date of the program will be granted a full refund of the trip minus the $200 non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the starting date are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of program cost.

No refunds are given when cancellations are made less than 6 weeks prior to the starting date.

TRIP INSURANCE

Blue Water Ventures (BWV) recommends that participants purchase Travel Insurance for all international trip destinations.

If you are booking online with World of Diving, we have been advised that "TraveLite" is a suitable and more affordable choice.

Policies vary and arrangements may need to be made

within two-three weeks of your first trip payment..

BWV is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants related to a canceled program or one they participated in, costs such as airline tickets, flight change fees, lost luggage, missed flights, visa fees, transportation, lodging, etc. BWV reserves the right to cancel a trip before it's departure date for any reason including insuffcient participation. Blue Water Ventures does not assume responsibility for program changes or trip cancellations due to situations such as those related to weather, natural disasters or political events (i.e. war) or any other reason. Furthermore, BWV is not responsible for changes in private or governmental sectors, both at the domestic and international level, that may effect this trip.
