Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Trip Cost: $1775

TRIP COST: includes all lodging, camping, meals, airport transfers from La Paz, all planned activities, whale watching excursions, guided snorkeling and kayaking trips, entrance fees, permits and kayak instructional clinics. The price does not include airfare, phone calls, unscheduled boat excursions,

activities not described in the itinerary, personal liquor, personal equipment (sleeping bag, pads, snorkel gear or wetsuit), tips for our Mexican Crew or airport departure taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the complexity of arranging foreign programs the following cancellation policy is required.

If cancellations are made over 90 days prior to the starting date of the program, you will be granted a full refund of the trip minus the $100 non-refundable reservation fee.

If cancellations are made less than 90 days prior to the starting date,  you will be charged 25% of program cost .

No refunds are given when cancellations are made less than  2  months/one week ( 67 days) from the program starting date. If you need to cancel, you may find a replacement for your spot up to two weeks before trip departure date.

TRIP INSURANCE

Blue Water Ventures (BWV) recommends that participants purchase Travel

Insurance for all international trip destinations.

Please consult your travel agent or search online as there are many affordable policies to choose from.

Policies vary and arrangements may need to be made within two-three weeks of your first trip payment.

Many of our clients have been very happy with CSA Travel Insurance    or  Travel Guard.

BWV is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants related to a canceled program or one they participated in, costs such as airline tickets, flight change fees, lost luggage, missed flights, visa fees, transportation, lodging, etc. BWV reserves the right to cancel a trip before it's departure date for any reason including insufficient participation. Blue Water Ventures does not assume responsibility for program changes or trip cancellations due to situations such as those related to weather, natural disasters or political events (i.e. war) or any other reason. Furthermore, BWV is not responsible for changes in private or governmental sectors, both at the domestic and international level, that may effect this trip.
